Requesting deletion of your REMS account is permanent and cannot be undone. Please read the following information carefully before proceeding.

What Will Be Deleted

When you delete your REMS account, we will delete or anonymize:

  • Your account profile and personal information
  • Your payment information
  • Your property management data (if you're the sole owner)
  • Your communications with REMS support
  • Your settings and preferences

Deletion Timeline

Submission (Day 1)

Your account deletion request is received and validated.

Processing (Days 2-5)

We verify your identity and begin the deletion process.

Completion (Days 6-30)

Your account and associated data are permanently deleted from our systems.

Confirmation (After Completion)

You will receive an email confirming that your deletion request has been completed.

Important Considerations

  • Data Backup: Before proceeding, ensure you have exported or backed up any important data you wish to retain.
  • Shared Data: If you share property management data with other users, you will lose access, but the data will remain accessible to other users.
  • Legal Requirements: Some data may be retained for legal compliance (e.g., financial records) as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  • Current Subscriptions: Any active subscriptions should be canceled before requesting account deletion.
